Results obtained with quantitative simulations are easily reproducible: we can test as many initial conditions as needed to give our clients a better overview of the global comportment of the cellular network of interest.

How does it work?

Founder

Dr. Quentin Vanhaelen, Founder of InsilicoScreen

Quentin Vanhaelen, Ph.D. was a post-doctoral fellow at the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute (OHRI), Ottawa, Canada from 2011 to 2013. He founded the company InsilicoScreen shortly after returning in Belgium. InsilicoScreen is engaged in mathematical modeling of biological pathways and gene regulatory networks. Quentin Vanhaelen is also a member of lifeboat foundation

Education and academic degrees

Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Physics (Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), 2006. DEA in Sciences (Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), 2007. Ph.D. in Theoretical Physics (Grant FNRS–FRIA) Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), 2010 [thesis on the non equilibrium thermodynamics and dynamics of a deformable interface between two electro-magnetically controllable fluids].
